1. 10-Day Free Trial Period

Keddily offers a 10-day free trial for all new users. This trial period is provided so that you can fully evaluate our features, templates, and store management tools before making any financial commitment.

  • No Credit Card Required: You can start your trial without providing payment details.

  • Full Access: You will have access to all premium features during these 10 days to ensure the service meets your business needs.

2. No-Refund Policy

Because we provide a comprehensive 10-day trial period as an evaluation phase, Keddily does not offer refunds once a paid subscription has been processed. By choosing to upgrade to a paid plan ($4 Standard or $8 Premium) after your trial, you acknowledge that:

  • You have tested the service and are satisfied with its performance.

  • You waive your right to a refund once the payment is completed.

3. Technical Exceptions

We take technical issues seriously. A refund request may only be considered under the following strict conditions:

  • You encounter a major technical failure of the core service that prevents its utilization.

  • The issue is reported via email to support@keddily.com within the first 24 hours of the payment date.

  • Our technical team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time.

  • How to Cancel: You can cancel directly through your account dashboard.

  • Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation will stop the next scheduled billing. However, it does not result in a refund for the current active billing cycle.

  • Access: Your store will remain active until the end of the current paid period.

5. Payment Processors

All transactions are handled securely by our authorized payment partners: Paddle (our global Merchant of Record) and PayTabs. Any disputes or billing inquiries should be directed to our support team first for faster resolution.
