Welcome to Keddily! By creating an account with Keddily or using any of its services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service").
By using the Keddily platform, you agree to comply with the terms set forth below. Throughout these terms, "Platform" refers to Keddily, and "Tenant/Merchant" refers to the store owner subscribed to the service.
The terms "we," "us," "our," and "Keddily" refer to the applicable contracting party, and "you" refers to the Keddily user (whether an individual or a business entity). Keddily provides a comprehensive commerce platform that enables merchants to unify their commercial activities. This platform includes tools for building and customizing online stores, selling via web, mobile, social media, as well as tools for product management, inventory, payments, fulfillment, shipping, and marketing operations. Any new features added to the current services will also be subject to these terms.
You must read and accept all terms contained in this agreement, including the "Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)" and the "Privacy Policy."
We reserve the right to modify the services or any part thereof for any reason, at any time, and without prior notice.
Keddily has the right to update these terms at any time, and merchants will be notified via email or the dashboard.
Keddily reserves the right to refuse or remove any materials from the services if they are found to violate the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
Verbal or written abuse of any kind directed at Keddily employees or members will result in immediate account termination.
We reserve the right to provide our services to your competitors and do not promise "exclusivity."
You acknowledge and agree to provide public contact information, terms of service, a refund policy, and a clear shipping policy on your Keddily store.
The person opening the account is considered the contracting party ("Store Owner") and is the person authorized to use the account.
You are responsible for ensuring that the Store Owner's name (or the legal business name) appears clearly on the store’s website.
If you are registering on behalf of your employer, the employer will be the "Store Owner," and you must use an employer-issued email address.
A Keddily store can be linked to only one Store Owner, but a Store Owner may own multiple stores.
Based on your pricing plan, you may create staff accounts to allow other people to access the account. Each staff account must include a full legal name and a valid email address.
The Store Owner is responsible for the compliance of their staff and agents with these terms and for any breach committed by them.
Contact information must include your name, address, phone number, and email.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, creating and operating your store, all activities occurring under your account, the products you sell, and all aspects of transactions between you and your customers (including tax collection, returns, and compliance with local laws).
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our services or website.
Keddily is not a "seller" or "merchant of record" and assumes no responsibility for your store or goods.
Uptime: Keddily strives to provide 99.9% service availability. The platform is not responsible for any downtime resulting from third-party server issues or force majeure events. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or error-free.
Backup: The platform performs periodic backups; however, the merchant is advised to always maintain their own copies of important data.
You will pay the fees applicable to your subscription ("Subscription Fees") and any additional fees related to transactions or the purchase of apps and domains.
You must maintain a "valid payment method" on file to pay fees.
Subscription fees are paid in advance and billed every 30 days ("Billing Date").
If we are unable to collect fees within 28 days of the first attempt, we reserve the right to suspend access to the account and services.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes resulting from your subscription or purchases from Keddily.
Keddily does not offer refunds after 14 days from the payment date. A customer may request a refund only within this period if the service has not been utilized.
Both Keddily and the Merchant pledge to use the "Confidential Information" of the other party only as necessary to perform obligations under these terms.
Reasonable steps must be taken to protect this information from disclosure to unauthorized parties.
We do not own the "Materials" you provide to Keddily; however, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, distribute, modify, and display them to operate and improve the services.
Materials remain your property even after being uploaded to a Keddily store.
You may not use Keddily's trademarks or logos without prior written permission.
Technology Ownership: All software, code, and system designs (including app technology) remain the exclusive property of Keddily. The merchant may not attempt to copy or reverse-engineer them.
Keddily is firmly committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information and your customers' information.
Our collection and processing of your data are subject to our Privacy Policy and the "Data Processing Addendum."
Keddily complies with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
Right to Close: Keddily reserves the right to suspend any store that violates these terms immediately, without prior notice, and without any legal liability to the platform.
This agreement continues until terminated by you or us.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting Keddily support.
Upon termination, Keddily will cease providing services, you will not be entitled to any refunds, and all outstanding balances will become immediately due.
Financial Transactions: Keddily is a technical intermediary only. Any dispute between the merchant and their customers regarding shipping or product quality is the sole responsibility of the merchant.
0% Commission: The platform commits to not deducting any commissions from merchant sales, unless a different plan is agreed upon in the future.
Payments for services are processed securely. You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchases as described during the checkout process.
Payment Gateways: The platform provides integration with payment gateways but is not responsible for any technical failures on the part of the payment gateway itself.
The Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cairo Governorate and the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the English language unless Keddily specifies otherwise.
