Affiliate Policy

1. Eligibility and Registration

  • By joining the Keddily Affiliate Program, you represent and warrant that you are engaging in legitimate marketing practices and that all provided data (payout details, identity) is accurate and belongs to you.

  • Keddily reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure and Holding Period

  • Commissions are earned only when a new user successfully subscribes and clears payment through your unique referral link.

  • The Holding Period: All accrued commissions are subject to a 14-day verification and auditing window from the payment date. No commission will transition from "Pending" to "Approved" status until this period expires, ensuring the customer has not requested a refund or disputed the charge.

3. Prohibited Practices (Grounds for Immediate Termination & Forfeiture)

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, ban, and total forfeiture of all pending/unpaid earnings:

  • Self-Referral: Registering a merchant account for yourself or your own business using your own affiliate link to get a de facto discount.

  • Brand Bidding (PPC Restrictions): Bidding on keywords containing "Keddily", "كيديلي", or any variations of our trademarked brand name on search engines (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) or social media ad platforms.

  • Misrepresentation: Providing false or exaggerated information about Keddily’s features, pricing, or capabilities.

  • Spam and Illegal Traffic: Using automated bots, spamming links in online communities, or generating fraudulent clicks.

4. Payouts and Third-Party Fees

  • Minimum payout thresholds are enforced within the dashboard based on your residency and chosen payment method.

  • International payouts are processed in USD via supported gateways (e.g., PayPal). The recipient (affiliate) solely bears any transaction fees, conversion rates, or handling charges imposed by these third-party payment processors.

5. Limitation of Liability and Amendments

  • Keddily is not liable for any marketing expenses, ad-spend losses, or damages incurred by the affiliate during promotional campaigns.

  • Keddily reserves the right to modify commission rates, update these terms, or terminate the affiliate program entirely at any time, with notifications sent to affiliates via email.
